Servicing and Maintenance of Security Systems

All electronic security systems must be regularly maintained and serviced to ensure system integrity is not compromised. Circuit Systems provide a range of servicing and maintenance programmes that give customers a choice of servicing options.
These programmes start with a standard service fee plus the cost of any equipment that needs replacement / repair. Systems may be regularly serviced on a scheduled programme. Circuit Systems also provide a comprehensive maintenance programme, which includes service charges, parts and callout fees. Some larger clients choose this option as it fixes the cost of maintaining their security system.
Experience has shown that faults resulting in the callout of a technician are minimised though regular servicing of systems.

Call Out Service

Our 24-hour, seven day per week callout service ensures faults are quickly responded to and repaired. Although business hours fault service attract our standard fee after hours callouts incur an additional cost.

Administration and Management of Access Control Systems

Circuit Systems operate an access control command centre for several large corporate clients from their offices. All aspect of the administration and management of these systems are handled on a contract basis, freeing up valuable client resources. This service includes the issue and supply of numerous types of access cards.
